Jessica Burkel Lazic, M.A., LMHC

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master of Arts degree (M.A.) in clinical counseling. I have worked in a variety of settings. including community based care, inpatient and residential hospitals, and in the school setting. My passion is working with children, teens, families, and young adults. I welcome the LGBTQ+ community and strive to create a safe space for all.

I am well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities, but most often use a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral approach. It is important to me to build effective therapeutic relationships, enhance strengths, and grow resource networks.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I am an avid theme park enthusiast, I enjoy Pokémon, and I am a huge fan of all things Harry Potter.
