My Philosophy
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at the Center for Developing Minds with five years of experience in the field. Do you ever feel stuck, alone, anxious, confused or just plan lost in your life’s direction? So many of us go through life feeling as though we are alone in our feelings and experiences, all while seeking even just one person we believe can understand what we are going through. Despite this desire for connection and understanding, it can be difficult to find others willing to listen without judgement or “fix-it” mentalities.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I utilize a combination of Systemic, CBT, and Reality/Choice Theory therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, and families to support positive growth and connection in a safe, self-paced, non-judgmental space. Each of us is the expert of our own life, but sometimes we need help to break free from our thought patterns and behaviors that are keeping us stuck.
